Clinics - clinic coaching is perfect for highschool kids looking for community service hours to satisfy school or church requirements. In SOME cases we pay but clinics really are more about you giving back to the sport that you love.

 

Classes and After School Enrichments - We pay VERY well for after school lacrosse classes/aka enrichments. Individual school coaching requirements vary but the strictist schools require:

• 21 years old or older. If you are not 21 reach out to us directly as we do sometimes have opprotunities that work for younger people.

• You do NOT have to know the game of lacrosse. You DO have to be teachable, high energy, RELIABLE and good with kids. We will teach you how to teach lacrosse.

• A member of USA Lacrosse. If you play the game then you probably already have this. You will have to upgrade it to a bronze coaching level.

• An IVP fingerprint card (don't sweat this, we'll explain how to get it AND we reimburse you for the cost after you complete your first series of teaching). NOT ALL SCHOOLS REQUIRE THIS.

• some schools require a 1st Aid and CPR card. Again, we'll help you get it and we reimburse you for the cost after you have taught your second series of classes with us. NOT ALL SCHOOLS REQUIRE THIS EITHER.

We are VERY fair. Do what you say you're gonna do and lead coaches earn $40 per hour equalling $60 for a 1.5 hour session. Complete the entire series of classes that you agreed to and enjoy a fat bonus of $40 per class for a total pay of $100 total per class!!! AND we reimburse for one of your credentials (finger print card or 1st Aid/CPR). BUT, show up late or miss a class or in some other way put kids at risk or in jeopardy and you will likely be fired and paid just the $60 per class with no bonus or reimbursement.

This is a GREAT job for men or women who have time free in the middle of weekdays.
