Clinics - clinic coaching is perfect for highschool kids looking for community service hours to satisfy school or church requirements. In SOME cases we pay but clinics really are more about you giving back to the sport that you love.

 

Classes and After School Enrichments - Coaches are typically high school grads observing a gap year or otherwise taking a break from school, College athletes (ASU, GCU, ACU etc… or post college adults who love the sport and want to give back while also making great part time money. Some schools/districts require that our coaches be 21 or older. Contact us to discuss your particular situation.

 

Our minimum requirement is that you have a USA Lacrosse coaching card. It's a pretty easy process. You just have to pay the membership fee and complete their online Child Safety program. The membership is inexpensive and if you play lacrosse you likely already are a member and will just have to upgrade your existing membership to a coaching membership.

 

Host school requirements vary but in many cases coaches must have their AZDPS Background Check and Fingerprint Card, child safety training and in some cases state sponsored CPR and Safety training. We reimburse coaches for Fingerprint Cards and CPR and Safety training AFTER the coach successfully completes a class series or two.

 

We are VERY fair. Do what you say you're gonna do and we will hook you up financially! Show up late or miss a class or in some other way poorly represent our program and you will be gone. We take educating and caring for children seriously. Punctuality, following our system, and honoring commitments are sacrred with us. Do as we expect and we will pay you very well!
